Indigo attended Cortiva Institute for Massage Therapy in New Jersey, and is currently licensed in Alabama. She is a Level 3 Reiki practitioner, reflexologist, taping specialist, stretch provider, and is MLD certified.

Indigo is skillful in helping to relieve migraines, and she can also help alleviate aches and pains from excessive texting, phone use, and computer use. She typically employs stretching and/or reflexology into massage sessions, as demonstrated by the individual needs of each client.
